Lincoln Property Co., one of the nation's largest real estate firms, is adding an amenity with a lounge, kitchen, bar areas and a conference center, dubbed The Clubhouse, to its Union Building One project. As the name suggests,The Clubhouse reflects a golf theme and will include a golf simulator, while the space will include paneled walls, wood floors and gold accents. Lincoln is also adding new spec suites to make the space move-in ready for tenants.
