Macritchie bought 15 acres of industrial land at 9603 E Rita Commerce Drive, at the Rita Ranch Commerce Center in Tucson, for $1,945,518 ($2.94 PSF) to develop a multi-tenant industrial outdoor storage facility for contractor yard use.

This will be Macritchie’s third location in Arizona, with the other two in Phoenix. The company develops and acquires attractive or undersupplied, unconsolidated specialty real estate assets, including self-storage, RV storage, multitenant industrial outdoor storage, and RV resorts.
