A proposed 20-acre apartment complex featuring 354 units of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments is one step closer to becoming reality after the Coolidge Planning and Zoning Commission approved Planned Area Development zoning on Sept. 11.

Located one-third mile south of the southeast corner of Hanna Road and State Route 87, not far from the Inland Port Arizona industrial park, which includes the Nikola manufacturing plant and the future Procter & Gamble plant site.
