StreetLights Residential’s newest luxury multifamily community in Arizona, The Beverly, is now leasing. Located at Scottsdale Road & Loop 101 as part of the mixed-use development One Scottsdale, the multifamily community offers 314 luxury apartment homes ranging from studios to three bedrooms. This is the first project in Scottsdale for StreetLights, a national design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities based in Dallas, and its eighth community in Arizona.
