Tempe-based environmental services firm Logan Simpson plans to move offices for the first time in more than two decades. It won't be going far. Logan Simpson has signed a 10-year, 14,183-square-foot lease at Tempe Gateway to remain in the city long-term. The new office at 222 S. Mill Ave. is a two-minute walk from its current location at 51 W. Third St., where it has been since 2000.
