On behalf of Merit Partners Inc., Phoenix-based Stevens-Leinweber Construction (SLC) is under construction on Tex Industrial, a 17.2-acre project that will bring two new Class A, mid-size industrial buildings to Merit’s sought-after PV303 master planned business park in Goodyear, Arizona.

Located within the prestigious Loop 303 Corridor, Tex Industrial will include a 100,737-square-foot North building and 132,475-square-foot South building. Both buildings will offer a variety of bay sizes with 36’ clear height, 60’ speed bays, 140’ to 190’ secured concrete truck courts and 3,000 AMPS of power, with additional infrastructure to add 3,000 more AMPS of power per building.
