Chloralkali manufacturer Chlorum Solutions USA has announced plans to construct a manufacturing plant worth $70 million on Burris Road, in the western industrial area of the city.

Speaking from the company base in Chicago, CEO Daniel Croce told PinalCentral the plant should create approximately 40 jobs once the operation is up and running. The plant represents Chlorum Solutions’ first U.S. manufacturing facility as the company has plants in Brazil and Uruguay. Croce said once the company has gone through formal planning processes he’s hopeful that the plant will be up and running in 2026.
