MAG Capital Partners has purchased a 40k sf industrial building in Phoenix that is fully occupied by tenants Sunrun and Kaboomracks. The infill property sits on 3.14 acres at 2848 Sweetwater Ave.

The property is in the northwest portion of the city, less than 15 minutes from Phoenix Deer Valley Airport and the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) $65 bil chip fabrication campus under development.
