Zen Investing, a Scottsdale-based real estate investment and development company held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, March 21 for its newest project. Zen @ Angelina is a build-to-rent townhome community situated on 8.4-acres located at the southwest corner of Indian School and Dysart Roads in Litchfield Park and under the jurisdiction of the City of Avondale. With construction now underway, Zen @ Angelina is targeted to begin leasing in fall 2026.
