Scottsdale-based P.B. Bell has sold a 266-unit luxury apartment community it built to Los Angeles-based Decron Properties for $69 million. The property, called Hangar, is on 20 acres at 15301 N. 57th Ave. in Glendale, which is a portion of the 168 acres that once was occupied by Thunderbird School of Global Management until Arizona State University acquired it in 2015.
