New York-based GTIS Partners is set to open its latest luxury build-to-rent community in Queen Creek on May 16. Called Tavalo Creek Commons, the 276-unit community at 24815 S. Ellsworth Road is the company's fifth build-to-rent project in metro Phoenix. Sitting on 26 acres at Ellsworth and Riggs roads, the project was developed by GTIS Partners and co-developer Jim Stockwell of Clyde Capital.
