Two unique structures will blend to create one urban community as Soltrust officially debuts Alloy Midtown, an urban office-to-apartment conversion, to the public for its grand opening on Thursday, June 20. 

Soltrust Residential REIT (Formerly Blueprint Capital REIT), an innovative REIT specializing in development of infill, build-to-rent, and value-add apartments, created Alloy Midtown to live up to its name.
