Tannin Developments Corp. has made its Phoenix debut with the development of a $25 million condominium project in midtown Phoenix, called Edison Midtown, a stalled project it took over in late 2021. The project originally was a development of Deco Communities, the precursor to Greenlight Communities, and was bought for $2.2 million. At the time in 2021, 50 condominium units were already completed on one side of a two-level parking garage as well as fitness center, pool and other amenities. Tannin recently completed the remaining 60 condo units on the east side of the parking structure, collaborating with Ray Burstein of California-based Humphreys & Partners Architects.
