Colliers brokers $202M, 4-building Inland Empire Industrial portfolio sale to Cabot Properties

A portfolio of four Class A industrial assets in California's Inland Empire has sold for $202 million.

Boston-based Cabot Properties has bought the IE 4-Pack portfolio, which spans 669,000 square feet. The properties, all fully occupied, are located at:

1670 Champagne Ave. Ontario, 263,700 square feet.
1651 S. Carlos Ave., Ontario, 147,500 square feet.
10917 Cherry Ave., Fontana, more than 103,000 square feet and leased to Ceva Logistics.
750 S. Valley View Ave., San Bernardino, 154,560 square feet.
The firm bought the properties from a private institutional seller.

Colliers’ West Industrial Capital Markets Team facilitated the sale, with brokers Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, Kenny Patricia, Kylie Jones, Thomas Taylor, Steve Bellitti and Joey Jones representing both seller and buyer.
