The Bascom Group in partnership with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management has acquired The Strand, a 408-unit, newly built institutional-quality multifamily community located in the highly desirable submarket of West Sacramento, Calif. The purchase price was $126 million, or $308,824 per unit. Built in 2021 by MBK Rental Living, The Strand is a garden-style community with exceptional connectivity to Sacramento’s major economic drivers.
