Timberlane Partners acquired 2828 Zuni, an apartment community in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, through its closed-end multi-family fund, Timberlane Acquisition Fund. The property was acquired for $40.5 million, equating to $386,000 per unit. Canwest developed the project in 2013, and the Mulhern Group was the architect.
