A Chicago-based real estate investment manager spent nearly $50 million acquiring two new industrial buildings in a city northwest of Denver. Special warranty deeds filed in Boulder County show Blue Vista Capital Management purchased the property in Louisville for $49.5 million.
The deeds show the buildings fetching prices of $23.725 million and $25.775 million. Blue Vista bought the properties, known as The Bolder Innovation Campus, from an LLC associated with Los Angeles-based investment manager PCCP and United Properties, records show.
