Rockefeller Group, the U.S. real estate developer, owner and operator, has secured three leases for a total of 322,000 square feet at 25 Commerce Park, a three-building, 453,600-square-foot industrial park located at E. 152nd Ave. & Washington St. in Thornton. 

The three tenants include an international food production company that leased all of Building 3 consisting of 176,000 square feet of distribution space and will use the space for the manufacturing and storage of various food products. Building 2 is also 100 percent leased, by two tenants — an audio-visual equipment supplier taking 121,704 square feet in an expansion in Thornton, and a manufacturer of breather technology and filtration products which is leasing 24,596 square feet. 25 Commerce Park has one building remaining which is 131,250 square feet with frontage on Grant Street.
