MIG paid $35 million for Basecamp, a 74-unit apartment community in Golden, Colorado. The Walker & Dunlop Denver Investment Sales team, led by David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young, arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Confluence Companies, the client, and MIG Real Estate, the buyer. The apartment community, at 1620 8th Street, was originally built in 2020.
