A new 320-unit apartment development close to the Jacksonville International Airport is starting to pre-lease homes. Developer Corner Lot announced the start of pre-leasing for the Avion Apartments.

The community is located on the Northside of Jacksonville at 12525 Tibbets Lane. The $75 million project is located directly across from the Amazon Fulfillment and Distribution Centers off Duval Road and offers easy access to major highways and the Jacksonville International Airport.
