BayCare Health System has acquired three Tampa medical office buildings from Highwood Properties. The Tampa Business Journal reports that BayCare said it plans to use the property to consolidate services from leased offices and to provide room for strategic growth plans, including expanding its BayCare Medical Group physician practice. BayCare now owns office buildings LakePointe One, LakePointe Two and Spectrum and two parking garages immediately west of St. Joseph’s.
