The Integral Group has completed the construction of Veranda at Assembly, a 100-unit affordable senior housing community in Doraville, Ga. McShan Construction Co. served as the general contractor, while Dynamik Design handled the architecture for the senior living property. The developer engaged SK Collaborative as a consultant to finalize the plans and oversee the review of materials and installations, aiming to secure Energy Star and EarthCraft certifications.
