Novare Group, together with BCDC and PointOne, has completed SpringSide, a Class A, 226-unit community in Powder Springs, Ga. The property came online with the help of a $33.9 million construction loan originated by Synovus Bank, according to Yardi Matrix. RAM Partners is the manager of the property, while Humphreys & Partners served as architect and Stratus Construction as general contractor.

The 6.6-acre SpringSide consists of eight buildings divided into two-story carriage houses and three- and four-story apartment structures. The units have studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 438 to 1,269 square feet. Shared amenities include a fitness center, pool, pet park, coworking lounge, outdoor grilling station and a dog spa. The community has 271 grade-level parking spaces and private garages designated for each individual house.
