Parkland Residential, the build-to-rent (BTR) division of Parkland Communities, announces that land development has started at Palmetto Cay, a new build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community located within the Providence at Pooler, a master development on Pine Barren Road in Pooler, Georgia. This development marks Parkland Residential’s first project in the greater Savannah, Chatham County area.

Palmetto Cay will have 148 residences featuring Parkland’s ever-popular stacked townhomes creatively planned around a picturesque community green. The green is the heart of the community and features a beautiful amenity area with a large cabana, pool, playfield and dedicated mail kiosk.
