Meniscus Group has acquired a 102,856-square-foot industrial property in Temple, Ga. JLL negotiated on behalf of the seller, Ackerman & Co. Janus International Group, a manufacturer of self-storage and industrial roll-up doors, occupies the entire facility.

The property has 24-foot clear heights, six dock-high doors, eight drive-in doors, a 290-foot truck court and includes nearly two acres of paved outdoor storage space. The building came online in 2001 and was expanded in 2006. It previously traded in 2021, when Ackerman & Co. paid $6.8 million to Janus International, according to Carroll County public records.
