Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 421,638-square-foot, five-building industrial portfolio located throughout the Chicago MSA.

The portfolio consists of five properties with an overall occupancy of 100%. It is a mixture of both single and multi-tenant industrial properties ranging from 37,174 square feet to 154,335 square feet. The portfolio is leased to 13 tenants with unit sizes ranging from 7,953 square feet to 84,373 square feet.
