West Lafayette. Ind. — Muinzer, in partnership with Walton Street Capital, has acquired two student housing communities located near the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette for $46 million. Acquisitions include Grant Street Station and South Street Station, which offer a total of 362 beds. The properties are 99 percent pre-leased ahead of the 2024-2025 academic year. Randall Calvert of TSB Realty arranged the acquisition of the properties from an undisclosed seller.
