A joint venture between Hanover Co. and multiple institutional investors advised by Northwestern Mutual Real Estate has broken ground on Frederick Airport Park, a 118-acre, 1.7 million-square-foot campus in Frederick, Md.
Development partners include architecture firm MGMA and civil engineer Harris Smariga, as well as general contractor Conewago. Cushman & Wakefield will market the project to potential tenants, while CBRE assisted Hanover in finding capital partners. Northwestern provided a $46.1 million, 5-year loan, according to public records.
