Bay Harbor Islands, Florida-based single-family build-to-rent developer Ark Homes for Rent has brought in real estate finance veteran Wendy Gill as its new chief financial officer, according to a news release shared with Multifamily Dive. The current Ark Homes CFO, Gina Cabral, will remain at the company and transition into a senior financial leadership position.
