Hong Kong-based luxury hospitality company Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group appointed Tiffany Cooper as head of development for the Americas region. 

Cooper joins Mandarin Oriental with more than 30 years of industry experience in sales, marketing, operations and development. She most recently served as chief development officer for the Americas and Caribbean at Aimbridge Hospitality, where she led the development team’s growth initiatives across the region.
