The Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS) has committed $75M to Cerberus Institutional Real Estate Partners VI (CIREP VI) and $75M to Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund V (SIF V). Managed by Cerberus Capital Management, CIREP VI is seeking to raise $3B of capital and is investing globally and opportunistically in direct properties and debt opportunities.
