Ambient Capital Partners has acquired a six-property, 48.7-acre industrial outdoor storage portfolio located in Harrison and Kearny, N.J., for $156.3 million. NAI James E. Hanson represented the buyer in the transaction.

The portfolio comprises 310 Manor Avenue, 505 Manor Avenue, 401 Supor Avenue and 500 Supor Avenue in Harrison and 129 Sanford Avenue and 433 Bergen Avenue in Kearny. Situated less than 10 miles from Port Newark–Elizabeth, the portfolio offers regional connectivity through Route 280 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
