A publicly traded company relocated its helium processing operation from Arizona to New Mexico to take advantage of its regulatory environment. Now, after a few months of operations, they are already ahead of the state’s 2025 emission guidelines.
Vancouver-based Desert Mountain Energy (TSX: DME), which provides helium, hydrogen, natural gas and condensate to renewable and technology industries, closed a $2.5 million deal to acquire the 77,000-acre West Pecos Slope Abo Gas Field in Chaves County in 2023.
