Faena New York is set to debut in spring 2025, marking the latest opening for Accor’s luxury boutique brand. The hotel, which was originally due to open in Q4 2023, will be located within One High Line’s East Tower, by the High Line and Hudson River.

Faena New York will comprise 120 rooms and suites, each boasting ‘breathtaking views and decor’. Residents will be able to enjoy access to a number of amenities, including ‘innovative culinary concepts’ at its 5,000-square-foot restaurant helmed by a ‘renowned celebrity chef’ and a healing sanctuary at its 17,000-square-foot spa, Tierra Santa Healing House.
