Newmark arranged the $123-million refinancing of The Wimbledon, a 28-story apartment property on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Terms of the financing were not disclosed.

Co-president Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub and vice chairman Chris Kramer arranged the financing on behalf of the Rockpoint Group. KKR provided the loan.
