Amazon has inked its third Manhattan office lease since November, the New York Business Journal reported. The latest deal is a 193,000-square-foot sublease at 237 Park Ave., owned by a partnership of RXR and Walton Street Capital.

The latest lease signing comes as the online retailer is calling employees back to the office five days a week. Amazon previously partnered with WeWork to take 112,000 square feet at 5 Manhattan West and 304,000 square feet at 330 W. 34th St.
