Centurion American Development Group will erect The Parc on Jackson, a 182-unit development, next to The Dallas Morning News’ offices at Harwood and Jackson streets, a company representative said. Current plans call for a seven-story complex with 45 two-bedroom apartments and 137 one-bedroom apartments. Estimated average rents will hover around $3,000.
