A North Texas developer hopes to build a roughly 3,000-home master-planned community in Pilot Point. Centurion American Development Group, based out of Farmers Branch, announced Tuesday that construction on Bryson Ranch is expected to begin in late 2024. The roughly 3,000 lots range from 40 to 60 feet as well as an additional 120 townhome lots. Builders contracted for the development include DR Horton, Beazer, First Texas, Ashton Woods and M/I Homes. Initial lots are expected to be ready early 2026, the company said.
