Even though it has been taking tenants for a few months, Southern Land Company (SLC) will get to formally debut its new 27-story luxury high-rise mixed-use community next week in Downtown Fort Worth. At 567,000 square feet, Deco offers 302 for-rent one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as penthouses; eight floors of above-grade parking; and an extensive collection of amenities.
