Capital Development Partners has completed Cedar Port Logistics Center Building II, an 800,405-square-foot facility in Baytown, Texas, a Houston submarket. Designed by BRR Architecture, the facility is part of a 90-acre campus that broke ground in 2021. The $150 million project also features an 800,500-square-foot warehouse that came online in 2022 and was sold to Stockbridge Capital Group the same year, according to CommercialEdge data. The logistics campus is part of the 15,000-acre TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park, the largest master-planned rail- and barge-served industrial park in the U.S.
