Houston-based Triten Real Estate Partners has acquired land in North Houston to build a 171K SF distribution center. Fresh off of selling the 350K SF, fully leased Pederson Logistics Center it developed in Katy to Sealy & Co., Triten bought the 8-acre parcel on McKay Drive and Interstate 69, near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
