U-Haul is expanding its metro Dallas portfolio with a new self storage facility in Denton, Texas. MYCON General Contractors broke ground on the 127,205-square-foot development, marking it the seventh project with U-Haul. The facility is set for completion in March 2025.

Plans call for three buildings—a 28,639-square-foot pre-engineered metal structure for U-Box storage, a four-story, 89,512-square-foot self storage facility and a 2,400-square-foot drive-up storage unit. U-Haul amenities include video surveillance, packing supplies, climate control, and electronic access, among others.
