New Braunfels has chipped in to allow Topgolf to commit to constructing an $18 million sports and entertainment facility. Houston-based NewQuest plans to develop the project. The multistory venue, set to include as many as 60 golf hitting bays, is earmarked for a tract that’s part of New Braunfels’ Town Center at Creekside, a mixed-use development that includes other entertainment tenants.
