H-E-B's North Texas expansion continues with an opening date set for their second Frisco location. The Texas-based grocer will open a location at 899 University Drive (at Highway 380 and FM 423) in Frisco on August 7. Their first Frisco location at 4800 Main Street opened in September 2022.
