A new industrial park is now leasing in The Woodlands greater area, providing 42,900 square feet of industrial space for businesses in The Woodlands area. McCowan Industrial Park, represented by Gary Hammond and Shawn Hooker, will provide 9,900- and 6,600-square-foot industrial flex spaces. The spaces feature 14-by-14-foot rollup doors and ceiling heights of about 20 feet.
