A retail center is taking shape along West Loop 610 across from Meyerland Plaza. Capital Retail Properties, a Houston-based real estate brokerage and development firm, is developing Meyerland Crossing on 5 acres near the southeast corner of Beechnut and Loop 610, according to the firm’s marketing materials. The land is just east of Loop 610, between Jason and Jackwood, south of a Lowe’s home improvement warehouse.
