Palladium USA has broken ground on Palladium Carver Living, a $79 million project in the Dallas suburb of Mesquite. Located on a 10-acre site at 2200 Bruton Rd., Palladium Carver Living will consist of 288 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Pre-leasing will begin by the fourth quarter of 2025.

A portion of units at the community will be set aside for individuals earning 60 percent of the area median income. Planned amenities include a pool, fitness center, conference center, clubroom, dog park, computer lounge and children’s playroom.
