Wilks Development has been granted site plans approval by the Frisco Planning & Zoning Commission to move forward on its 217-acre mixed-use project. Once the town’s council gives its okay, it’s full speed ahead on its multi-phase project. Wilks acquired the land in 2015.

Firefly Park will be a blend of residential, commercial and recreational space at the northwest corner of PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. Wilks has chosen a team made up of BOKA Powell, Sasaki, Hord Coplan Macht, Kimley-Horn, UNStudio and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.
