Caisson Real Estate, an emerging San Antonio commercial real estate company, purchased the now-rebranded Thousand Oaks Tower in north central San Antonio from Gemini-Rosemont Commercial Real Estate for an undisclosed price. 

The building, formerly known as One Thousand Oaks, will undergo extensive renovations, according to marketing materials. Improvements include upgrades to the on-site cafe, conference room, installation of electrical vehicle charging stations, enhancements to landscaping, as well as additional amenities.
