Ascendant Development has completed Haven at Treeline, a 231-unit luxury multifamily property in Tomball, Texas, a Houston suburb. The developer broke ground on the community in February last year using funds from a $29.3 million construction loan originated by PlainsCapital Bank in 2022, according to Yardi Matrix information.

The community encompasses seven three-story garden-style apartments designed in a partnership with BSB Designs. The unit mix consists of one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 670 to 1,274 square feet. Units feature private balconies or patios and walk-in closets.
